  Is it possible to duplicate or copy an existing playlist? We have some playlists that we'd like to duplicate and add to, without having to completely recreate them, and keep the original playlists.

  Hello. Does anyone have any experience filtering profanity on a REACH profile for machine captions? We are considering enabling the captions profanity removal setting and would love to hear any reasoning for or against using the filter. Thanks!

  Hello all, I am working with our Canvas support team to finally activate the Media Gallery and My Media within Canvas and they were asking about student comments and video posts. Do those get transferred with a Media Gallery import? Is that something that an instructor would have to go back to tidy up from semester to semester?

Does anyone know if there's a way to automatically have videos that are transferred over from Zoom, using the Zoom integration, assigned to a different owner, without me having to go in every time and manually reassign them?   Hi there! If you're using Aspera I'd love to hear more about your use cases and the benefits it provides. We have some remote KMC admins who need a solution for faster large uploads. I'm not really sure Aspera will solve this for them. Thoughts? Thanks!

  Are you machine captions defaulting to Indonesian today (Sunday 3/27)

  We discovered today that at some point our machine captions were switched from 30 min TaT to 2hrs. It looks like this might have been a Kaltura mistake, because you can see when the TaT was set back to 30 mins later today (screenshot below).
