  Anyone else noticing not all Zoom Captions are going to Kaltura?

  Hi All, We are on the current version of the Zoom/Kaltura integration. We've been noticing in the last couple weeks that most captions/transcripts from Zoom are not automatically coming over to Kaltura. One sample day: Sept 16th 365 out of 449 captioned Zoom recordings did not receive their Zoom captions in Kaltura. We have a Kaltura Case open: 00358753 Anyone else having the same problem?
